If you ordered something else, then I'd complain but if they really were free then I personally would think it a bit cheeky to complain, yes.

You'll just have to eat them yourself...:rotfl:

Hehe hmmm this evening could be rather [STRIKE]interesting[/STRIKE] fattening:rotfl:

We bought two boxes of choc chips and one box of toffee chocs too, have sent a polite email, I wont expect anything though just a shame it couldn't be given as a gift now but never the less, yum!

My order with the free £20 continental choccies just turned up. Spent £9.45 in total and got 2 smaller choc boxes and a packet of toffee which will go to nursery staff. Big choccie box staying here:rotfl:!!

My hamper order still says processing and no paypal refund yet. Ordered it about 10 minutes after the first order (before mid day on Mon).

Interestingly the order I got today has an order date of 1900 at 23.50, same as my hamper order.

Maybe you will get the choccies AND a refund of the postage - i.e. the office is merrily processing refunds whilst the warehouse is busy despatching the orders, as I can't see why else you would get information when you log in saying it has been despatched??

Another question. (As you might have read i placed first ever order yesterday) If my order does get delivered tomorrow, are they "Thorntons" obliged to send me the free offer, the £50 box? I dont thin I can cope with all this hassle lol never again I think lol. I am getting too old for all this. LOL
