Do I get a star for NOT buying the most amazing and biggest Le Creuset casserole even though its on a fantastic offer and would look fantastic in my kitchen and everything and everything
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Creuset-Cast-Iron-Casserole-Volcanic/dp/B00023IT4Y/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&s=kitchen&qid=1260359251&sr=8-5
available in black, cerise and volcanic and its SCREAMING my name......and I haven't bought one, even though I really, really want one and everything and everything. It's older than me
and I certainly wouldn't pay that much for it, even though it can be useful.
Suggest you shut down your PC and do something about the stuff that's breeding in your house... like ebay it to pay off your debts:D
Cake in oven - not sure it's going to work as I'm not convinced by the recipe, but it just needs to be OK for covering in buttercream and icing... I'm going to try to do a pram with a baby and teddy in, but may well get stuck :rolleyes:0 -

Penny's been soaking her fruit for DAYS
but you don't have to leave it quite that long. What you soak it in really depends on what you want the cake to be like as it will influence the flavour. Obviously there'll be as many opinions on here as there are via google, but personally I'd recommend looking up Delia or Nigella, depending on which one you usually prefer.
Good luck...
It is still grey here. Going to have a cuppa and then prune the holly but not do any of the other gardening today - too yucky. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
