Any update: did they call you back or you call them?0 -

yes cancel it but phone them to cancel
Typical after we order it form somewhere else that had it in stock miracously our order turned up yesterday despite the online thing saying 30th December.....
and the other one we ordered has already been dispatched so we have to refuse delivery.....shows us that Asda Direct are good dispatching so quickly but still Additions Direct haven't been clear in letting us know what is going on....Didn't even have a dispatch email...just hopes it works now.0 -
I know I'm probably being a little thick here but how do you book a slot??0

Instead of people being worried about the repercussions and backlash of using a code that has not been sent to them ,why not do what I did and email them and ask for a code ,that way when they sent you it ,you have a 'right' to use it .
Worked for me ,If you dont ask you dont get0 -
I've tried lots of voucher codes on my sale order, but the only one that worked for me (existing account) was XX958 for 20% off. Hopefully it will work for other people too.0

Grrrr, i got a dud tv from them, 32" flat screen, set it all up, we have rolling screen already, and if you switch it off at the plug, it doesn't tune back in again and the remote won't work, not to mention the fact the built in DVD player doesn't work unless it's tuned in! Anyway, Very said they wouldn't do anything because it's been opened and connected (altho we wouldn't know it wasn't working properly unless it had been connected!!) So they gave us the number of the company direct, they said we have to send them a picture of the rolling screen, but we can't because the damn thing won't tune in now!!!!:mad:Man who run into airport turn-styles is going to Bangkok
