I'm not at all confused. The OP was ranting about call centres that are not in England and called the people who staff them idiots.

The problem is not with the call centre staff; but explaining that to people who just rant that people 'who do not understand are idiots' is a self-fulfilling prophesy. Communication is a two-way street.

If the OP has concerns they need to direct them in the right direction.
