Hmm hope that doesn't mean someone has had a bad experience. Too late, sorry, already been and gone and done it, but will remember the rules from now on.

I emailed boots last night as 2 of mty boxes were incomplete...they offered to credit my card (didnt even know I had one!!!! So not sure how they have 'already assigned them to my account') with 2000 points....Im unsure however what I should do, I know its a very nice gesture but I have 2 incomplete boxes, not 1 (£20) and it isnt as though I can make one complete, as the gloss is missing out of both....

should I cut my losses and explain to one person why its incomplete or what? Wonder if the £20 in points is enough to buy the missing items...that would be fine :)

not sure what they would do for you, as you have a 'replacement duplicate'....worth asking though :)

The Lip Gloss is only £8 so you would indeed have enough to buy 2 :)
