Thank you - I will enjoy am sure - have used their stuff for a while now & I love it. One is a birthday present for a friend who collects hatboxes - can't wait for her to get it as I know she will adore it

i ordered at 2:10am thursday night / friday morning with standard delivery and still haven't received a despatch note

it's still showing as 'processing' on the boots site

the people who have been receiving despatch notes - did you order anything else, or just the hat box? i ordered some essential oils and the no7 pedicure set - wondering if it's the other products that are holding it up

I ordered at the same time as you and got my despatch email late on Friday evening. Though mine is for store collection on the 23rd, not home delivery.

Hatboxes only for me - with free standard delivery.

I ordered two hatboxes and a couple of bits of no 17 make up for dd1's stocking at 6.30am friday, still saying processing, free standard delivery, paying by paypal x

i looked in 2 of our nearest boots stores today in eastbourne...none atall, gutted will try our small towns boots tomorrow but not very hopeful.

I ordered hatbox plus some origins stuff at 04.19 on Friday morning and paid via paypal for home delivery on Tuesday and I'm still showing as processing. I called boots yesterday who assured me that my order will change to despatched tomorrow, fingers crossed !!
