I ordered one hatbox and a hairspray with 2.00 off code at 3.22am, it has only just moved to despatched. Don't panic if yours was going to be cancelled you would have heard about it by now.

A bit late.. and a pointless but...
My mum called both the boots in Speke and in Prescot retail park, asking for the hatboxes, and both said that they'd sold out completely and were extremely unlikely to get any in. However, there may be hope, as (being stubborn and determined) I decided to take a trip up to speke anyway, and what do you know they have a crate load standing infront of me, with hundreds of people walking out the doors with boxes full. After picking up 3 though, I went to get an empty box to put the third one in and a lady asked a SA if they had anymore, but she replied - we've got none at all now. Sorry
Still, I'd try tomorrow morning and things, and wouldn't trust phoning up as it didn't help anyway.

Mine, ordered at just after 8am for instore collection on the 23rd has now been dispatched! Yay!!

I ordered Friday am 4.45 for store delivery and the info on my Boots account has just changed to despatched - YAY :j
it is due for collection on Wednesday so not sure if it will be there any earlier or not.
just checked and have a despatched e mail too

Yaay. I must have been one of the last to get an order in online (9.04 am) and I just got my dispatch confirmation. Picking up instore. Hopefully this means everyone will get theirs :j:j

My sons car windscreen wipers wouldnt work this morning so grudgingly I drove him to his part time job in Braehead shopping centre. I couldnt believe it when I saw the hat boxes in the Boots store there, I had lost all hope of getting one. Very pleased with myself but did see loads of people with at least 5. Soooo unfair.
I know Silverburn in Glasgow didnt have their new delivery of the hat boxes but was told a delivery was due tonight between 5 and 6, but SA couldnt guarantee the hat boxes would be amongst it. Does seem it bit odd that most of the other larger style boots have had 2nd deliverys and not Silverburn, my bet is they will be getting one soon.:T
