Boots OOTW 18/12/09

No stock yesterday in my local boots. Knowing the staff there they probably had them all, although they are not supposed to.

Yeh got dispatch email this morning for mine to be delivered to store - ordered about 7.15 yest morning.

Just been in to IPSWICH main boots.
There were loads. The whole front window had them stacked, another stack inside and a stack upstairs where the SA was loading more.

HOWEVER, every person I saw in there at 8.30 opening had one or two of them in their hands....

I would have like to have got one just to try the products as everyone goes on about how nice the products are but it doesn't look like I'll get one online, my local Boots which is only a little one isn't stocking it and I know I won't be able to get to my local larger Boots, and even if I could would I still be able to get one?

my local boots shop is also tiny however needed to get some cold remedies this morning and was up at 8 ready for the shop to open at 8.30 and they had about 20 still left over from yesterday, wont be getting anymore in however i was quite surprised so if anyone is living near to the boots on portishead high street, north somerset get down there quick and grab one.

Yes, you can. Boots won't accept makeup returns -- unless it's part of a Christmas giftset. That's been my experience, anyway. The rule of thumb is just take it in and ask for a refund, don't ask whether they'll take it back first (no sense putting ideas in their head that maybe they shouldn't take it). If they say no, just take it to another store or back to that same one at a different day and time to a different SA.

Ive just got to say, that I stayed up for this one- having never used S&G stuff before, and purely being nosy to see what the fuss was all about.

Bought one for me, one for SIL (who loves all designer stuff, so this fitted into my budget and her expectations lol), it arrived about 10 minutes ago, and MY GOD, ITS LOVELY!!!!! The box is huge, I'm sat in my dressing gown with the hand cream on (feels fab), and lip gloss too (Tingling like mad, looking good lol) and Ive been through all the products and i'm majorly overexcited about the whole thing. I think S&G have just found a new fan. I really cant believe how much you get in for the money paid. I love Boots. I love S&G. I love all the people on hee that raved about it so much, I actually took the leap of faith and bought some. I especially love all the people that were on here at stupid o clock in the morning with me, waiting for it!!!!!

Hi just a quick one, just got back for Lowestoft Boots, town is dead and so is boots, yet they still have over 100 left in stock. Apparently the delivery they had the other day is all that they are getting, same goes for every store. I guess living in this dump does have a few perks.
