Sorry PP. I've hunted for 10 minutes and I can't find it either.
What I do is drain the cooked rice under cold running water, whisk up 4 eggs and start to cook them off first, then add the rice just before the eggs are completely scrambled and add some peas and prawns.Organised people are just too lazy to look for things

All I do is boil rice and drain. Meanwhile beat a couple of eggs (depending on quantity of rice increase or reduce this amount). Add crushed clove of garlic (again depends on quantities).
I use sesame oil as this has a nice flavour, pour teaspoon in wok and heat. Then add egg and garlic mixture and fry off like scrambled egg, add rice and then splash some soy sauce in. Heat and serve.
I know some people like adding spring onions so just fry them off first then add egg mixture.
My girls love it, especially if its put in a bowl and they serve themselves (they are 3 and 2). Cheap and filling,0 -

Not my recipe but one I have used for a couple of years now, I have NEVER tasted a better home made egg fried rice recipe....
Let me know how you get on and one tip, we usually get Asda own brand Oyster sauce which is thick and sweet. The other weekend we ended up with one of those authentic Chinese brands and the sauce was very thin and not sweet at all, didn't taste half as nice!!
Enjoy

EGG FRIED RICE
OK LISTEN UP
THIS RECIPE CAME FROM A YOUNG CHINESE GIRL I USED TO KNOW
FIRST YOU NEED BOILED RICE WHICH HAS BEEN LEFT TO GO COLD, THIS IS THE SECRET TO STOP IT GOING MUSHY IN THE PAN!!!
GET YOURSELF A WOK OR LARGE FRYING PAN
CHOP ONIONS SMALL AND FRY
TAKE OUT OF WOK AND LEAVE ON A PLATE
MIX A EGG WITH A LITTLE MILK AND FRY LIKE AN OMLETTE
TAKE OUT OF PAN AND CUT INTO SMALL PIECES
PUT ONIONS AND EGG BACK INTO WOK WITH A LITTLE OIL
ADD BOILED RICE AND FRY TOGETHER
ADD A SMALL AMOUNT OF LIGHT SOY SAUCE
NOW HERES THE SECRET SHHHHH DONT TELL ANYONE
ADD OYSTER SAUCE FROM A BOTTLE YOU CAN GET FROM ANY STORE
NOT TOO MUCH AS TO OVER POWER
FRY AND MIX WELL IN
THERE YOU GO THE BEST FRIED RICE YOU WILL EVER MAKE
ADD CHICKEN BEEF PORK WHATEVER AT THE SAME TIME AS ONIONS AND EGG IF YOU DONT WANT A PLAIN FRIED RICE DISH
LET ME KNOW BUT I KNOW YOULL LOVE IT
YOU CAN ADD PEAS IF YOU WANT0 -

The trick is to make sure your rice is cold, otherwise it will stick to pan and go lumpy.NSD 0/150 -
I love egg fried rice, but over protective hubby said I can't have it now I'm pregnant as the eggs are lightly cooked. Is he right?
I normally cook the egg like scrambled egg, then add it to the rice, but I'm tempted to try the chinese girl's recipe above. It normally goes mushy as I use freshly boiled rice, but will try cold rice next time. Here I go again on my own....0
