All I do is in a little oil, add the veg ect you might want to add in, scamble an egg or two ( depending on how much rice your using). When the egg is cooked add the cold rice keep turning the rice over so it doesn;t stick to the pan and heats even, when the rice is hot add a couple of table spoons of soy sauce mix well. serve.
I have used the recipe on Delias website and my fried rice came out perfect, OH now wants me to try Ham fried rice like you get in the Chinese restaurants, does anyone know what kind of ham it is? It looks too thick to be sliced ham
I read a recipe some time ago and the tip was to let the rice go cold then put it in the fridge uncovered for a little while. The fridge thing means more moisture is removed.
