How are you feeling now BB?
ok, stiff all over, but I'll be ok. Went to Asda in the hire car, really struggling to find a comfortable sitting position in it, my back is really sore.

yeah, I'm very much of the 'bit of metal' philosophy. I've got transport as long as I need it and I've been mulling over the options, if it were possible to have the car fixed by keeping it and a small payout I would, but it's quite a few bits to fix, such a shame :(

Had a look on autotrader, can't see me getting much over £1000 for the car - £1200 perhaps. Might think about adding a bit more to get something a little bit newer, perhaps up to 3k,although most seem to be either huge mercs/volvos or smartcars or weird looking Korean cars the designer was drunk the day he submitted the final drawings :rotfl:

Only looking at automatic limits my choices but it's very early days and I'm more concerned about how my back is going to be over the coming days. If it is going to flare up, it's usually about 6 or 7 days later.

Pooky I think they must be doing some sort of review as my Council has just written to me saying the same thing (although I am only overpaid by £300) so I've emailed them to try to get it sorted.

You'd think that once they have all the information they would be able to get to the correct figures......nope.

It was lovely to see folks. We didn't stay long cos I wanted to get Nathan home for bedtime and he's teething so a bit grumpy.

Ah poor Nathan, nice that you could get there for a short time though. Were there many people?
