They may change the first award though. Be aware of this as it may be worse.
DLA are a strange animal.
We had to do a renewal for our daughter this year and expected to wait 3 months +.
From sending the forms to receiving the decsion was 12 days (HRH & MRC).....astonishingly quick.0 -
I know this woody.......But in truth, they cannot deny that my child has care needs....I thought about the mobility aspect of it and our OT said if my child cannot partake in a simple 50 meter walk then they have mobility issues and to querie the decision....if not sucessful take it all the way as there is unquestionable medical evidence of the condition!!Baby no 5 due 10th Feb 2010Not very MSE:money:still dont know how it happened
