Q for the vodafone rep :)
I have the HTC magic - second one as first was faulty (speaker). This one is having serious connectivity issues and having now spoken to CS twice and being once told how to set up my roaming and that would "magically" fix it all... (not amused but fine fair enough - indian call centre I don't expect he had much to go from but a standard sheet of answers)
And it's still having signal issues. I can be stood in the centre of Oxford, Milton Keynes or Bicester Outlet Village - all very good reception areas - and unlike everyone else I have NO signal and have to reboot the phone to get a signal - and then I magically (pun intended) have 3 to 4 bars... for a while...
It's doing my head in! So... given that twice I have been fobbed off by CS where do I turn to get this resolved? No signal when there IS a signal is not acceptable as I'm sure you can appreciate
Thanks!

Hi MrsTine,
I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with coverage on your handset. I would like to look into this further as we need to establish whether your SIM card or the HTC Magic is causing the issues. Either way I'm certain that we can get this resolved quickly for you.
