Have DD2's little friend over for a play and so far, in 45 minutes she must have asked WHY? about 150times...........
My 2 have never done this, ok they have asked why, got an answer and trotted off but eeek...
Help!!!! as she's here till 3 and I may have gone loopy by then:D

Has gone to play on her own little world for a bit..... but its ok the voices in her head came too so she's not alone

Ask why she wants to know. Always confuses them - you need to break the "Why" flow lol.
My dd did this....... very annoying!0 -
Apparently I did this a lot as a child. I am now mid 50's I have grown out of it!!!!
You need to turn this back onto the child by asking what they think to try and break the cycle.

I used to do this, I once remember being told to 'think before I spoke'. This had a serious impact on me and I became quite shy for years. Broke the pattern in my teens but definately think about how its handled. I love the reflected idea - 'what do you think'.0
