Same here..appalling service...used to be a very reliable, quick and value for money company. I've also sent them a note re non delivery for items "dispatched" at end of november but not even a reply. Like many others I won't be using them again, no matter how many vouchers they throw at me!

Another CDWOW unhappy customer here. Got an delivery advice on 5th December but CD still not arrived although it says to allow 5 to 7 days.

E-mailed support twice but just get automated response back.:mad:

Can't be bothered to ring them - think I just cancel with my credit card company. Won't be using them again (did save me £1 compared to Amazon on a CD but just not worth the hassle).

Cheers - actually worked out 1p cheaper (price must have changed since I ordered as CDWOW defo the cheapest then). Just don't get my Quidco cash back now

ive bought 3 cds on cd wow, they said they were dispatched 24 hours later on the 4th december... great i think... then a few days later nothing in te post. OK i think maybe they use second class and they will take a bit longer.. well still nothing. I have emailed them ( as conveniently no number) to report the missing items and nothing back from them not even an ackowledgment. Have emailed them 3 times and nothing. I am going to have to order some where else and prob lose the £20.

I wonder why CD.WOW have gone so downhill lately? I used to use them a lot before the days of having a laptop, the internet and MP3s and never had a problem.

I hope you all get things cleared up before Xmas

They come from the Far East and as the number of threads on here testify, something is going badly wrong with deliveries from CDWOW, BangCD and CrazyTiger at the moment.

I ordered the Alexandra Burke album for my Aunty and it says it was dispatched on 5th December..still recieved nothing. Am I better to order from somewhere else and return the cdwow copy when it arrives? It's for my cousins xmas present
