i too had the same email,had no problem with my card online or insores all afternoon.order only came to £6for 2 books only code i used was free delivery

visa electron does that with m and s i have an o2 money card for things like this lol

Really hope this goes through as I was going to give them as presents to the twins' teachers at school. It is their last year at primary so would love to give something to all the staff that have looked after them so well. As with many people, money is tighter than ever this Christmas. 1 of my orders says the same but if you read on the confirmation e-mail it states:

Please note that this is only an acknowledgement of receipt of your order and your offer to purchase these items is not legally accepted until we send you an email notifying you that the items have been despatched to you.

Those whose orders are showing as despatched soon, could you poss tell me the estimated delivery date you got given, mines the 14th so still a while but wondered if yours were earlier estimates!?! TIA

1 of mine is the 8th of december, the other 2 have yet to be dispatched but the estimate for both of them is the 10th december.

1 of mine is the 8th of December and that one says despatching soon. The next one is 10th December but has not been dispatched yet and message not changed.
My daughter just placed an order for some books etc and her order despatch date is the 9th December. Weird huh....considering they are all coming to the same address????

Yes - who knows what goes on with M&S online at the best of times - I remember the recent sale orders and the funny business going on there
I don't think they know what they are doing at the best of times!
