can you not click on the highlighted order no in your email , which will take you to your orders on the M &S website

You know, I've seen this mentionned a few times today. I don't want to seem awkward or ungracious, but I for one didn't read beyond the first post..in too much of a rush to get something before it was fixed. I'm now starting to feel a little uncomfortable for not thanking some-one who's post I didn't read.

I always try to be helpful, but am not always thanked for posts, even when I have gone out of my way to find info for a particular post, nor would I dream of asking to be thanked.
If I use information or order from a post I always thank them, and yes it would be nice if everyone did the same, but hey, that's life.
