Why would people do that? Its basically saying "Hi M&S, we've worked the system so can you cancel the orders please?"

I think that's pretty much a forgone conclusion now people have been putting through such ridiculous orders, and emailing M&S for God knows what reason! Best to think of it as cancelled then if it does come it'll be a nice surprise!
