    Mine arrived a bit battered but I don't think I'll be complaining about the breakages somehow. Mind you if I'd been paying full price I would have been raging, 50% damage to gift packs one smashed bottle, perspex panels on wine packs seem very susceptible to damage rendering them useless as gifts, hey ho it shall just have to be drunk by the household what a bummer.
    Four guns yet only one trigger prepare for a volley.

    Why not?? Others have and have either got a replacement sent out or a refund on the item :D

    Because I have empathy with those people taking calls from the likes of me moaning about damage to items I paid a fraction of the price for and expecting a replacement.
    I'm sure fvck off is not on their list of approved responses to complaints.

    I agree but if its for a gift then I would want a replacement if they could replace it. I have only ordered gifts for myself and my niece as she wanted a few bits. Would be a bit annoyed if any are damaged no matter what I spent!!

    yeah it started out as IGMTYVM (I Got Mine Thank You Very Much) but it was too hard to pronounce :D
