Forgot to mention s/a had to let me know the new hamsters are Japanese and have zhu zhu pets wrtitten on box instead of go go pets. maybe natiowide not sure try your local argos.

In fact, wouldn't it have been excellent customer service if they did get more playsets in to get in touch with the people whose orders they mucked up and gave them first refusal....

I don't see why not if you have the money spare...you could always take them back instore for refund??

Someone mentioned on here yesterday that Play have houses arriving today (18th). I ordered one yesterday and status said "order taken". Checked today and still saying same thing so rang them up. Took 12 minutes for them to answer and was told that they are still out of stock and dont know when it will be coming in. I asked why the web page said the stock was arriving on 18th and was told that it said temporarily unavailable on their system. I had to tell the girl where to look on the web page as it says it under the special features. She said all she could do was apologise. I asked how they can put a date on their website when they dont know for sure that stock is coming in and she just said "all I can do is apologise". I'll tell that to my little girl on Xmas morning!

I also ordered Num Nums as it was showing as in stock at the time at £9.99 but now it is showing as awaiting stock on my order! Will I get anything by Xmas? All they can do is apologise!!!!

Well have ordered two, if they are old ones will send them back! Really want Winkie, my dd thinks its hilarious that that is his name!!! I also ordered DH the new Babyliss shaver which you can adjust the length of cut yourself so ended up getting free delivery and a £5 voucher! Being delivered Monday so will see, bet they are old ones! I have not been lucky in this Hamster Hunt so far!!!

Think I will hold out with play.com for one more day just to see if they come in to stock tonight. Then the hunt will start again!

Apologies if already posted Argos Middlesbrough and Newton Aycliffe have Hamsters my mam has just got my daughter one from Newton Aycliffe Zhu Zhu pets one she did tell me the name and the other names but can't remember and said its brown and white like Mr Squiggles hope this helps cant be reserved u need to go instore though.

Also TRU Stock availability nationwide apparently from 9am in the morning according to paper ad in Daily Star HTH
