Someone mentioned on here yesterday that Play have houses arriving today (18th). I ordered one yesterday and status said "order taken". Checked today and still saying same thing so rang them up. Took 12 minutes for them to answer and was told that they are still out of stock and dont know when it will be coming in. I asked why the web page said the stock was arriving on 18th and was told that it said temporarily unavailable on their system. I had to tell the girl where to look on the web page as it says it under the special features. She said all she could do was apologise. I asked how they can put a date on their website when they dont know for sure that stock is coming in and she just said "all I can do is apologise". I'll tell that to my little girl on Xmas morning!

I also ordered Num Nums as it was showing as in stock at the time at £9.99 but now it is showing as awaiting stock on my order! Will I get anything by Xmas? All they can do is apologise!!!!

:mad: for you. Again rubish customer service from Play. I am still awaiting an order for a car made in Nov. Said they had stock , then sat at order taken for over a week , has been saying awaiting stock ever since.
I would definately pick one up elsewhere if you can.

Cant believe that people are getting the new ones from argos! I really want jilly. Have people who have got them called first to see waht ones they are or just been lucky?

If Tru getting stock tom they don't list online at the weekend.
We were previously told that a new shipment would be coming in of hamsters , beds and carriers today to character.
Am guessing this will be Tru's stock tom!

If TRU are getting stock in tomoro, would they be available instore? as last time they had stock online, couldnt get on their site untill they had all sold out doh!!
I have 2 sick kids today, so dont even know if I can get out tomoro to check anywhere.

Gutted we cant go to tru in the morning we go to dd's horse both weekend mornings. Oh well i think she has enough now really, she will have from santa patches, num num's, pipsqueak, wheel, bed & banket, carrier no blanket, slide, house and half a house.. her nanna and grandad have got her chunk and ball and her aunty has got her mr squiggles (the only one on her christmas list lol). Would love jilly and sleep dome though:p

Character shipment has been delayed. So i think TRU will only have hamsters

MOE are idiots - they only just cancelled my order a week after I ordered - furious. Compaies are getting away with disgraceful practice - selling over RRP, stock they don't physically have, wrong items sent

I hope so as i cant get there and standing out in this cold and snow does not sound good. It was bad enough last time i did it and it was alot warmer then.

Last time they had stock they didn't list at weekend so would imagine it's all instore but we guessing it just hamsters
