  • OMG!!!! What am I doing!!! I was sent a hamster instead of a playset with JL last week - sent of a stinging email and phoned to complain - furious as there was no response to email and woman on the phone was hopeless - ~So what do I do when the alarm went off for playsets at JL this morning - I ordered one!!!! AM I NUTS - decided to do collection - although nearest store is a good half hour away - BUT - not only that - it just went again - saying 4 in stock.....and `I'm thinking hmmmm - I'd never get another one - and if they screwed up again, maybe id get a playset eventually....but there's only 4 and i'm!!!!!!!! I think its a response to OH returning from 2 1/2 weeks in China tonight - I'll NEVER get away with this when he's back!!! heh heh
  • well done *high fives*!!

too right!! - just hope its the ball realy!!
  • me too! The ironic thing is, I tried to casually drop Hamsters into conversation with my daughter, she had no idea what I was talking about!! I wonder which one of us will be playing with it on Christmas day :D (BTW I got Pipsqueak thanks to you lot!)
  • Im really really looking for a funhouse, always out of stock at my local argos, and always seem to miss them anywhere else. I am refusing to pay £35 though.
    This is so tough eh.
Lots of other bits coming available, but I dont want to get anything else untill I get the playhouse! I have a lovely pipsqueak! Couldnt believe the size of it when it arrived lol (some reason I thought it may be bigger?) all the triple prices that have been around for these little hammies!
  • How many days after receiving a shipping conformation form the Spanish site did people have to wait before DHL attempted there first deliver y to your doors?
Does anyone one know what shipping service was used to send them out?

Hi received my email on a Friday saying my parcel had arrived at its destination, that meant with DHL in this country, DHL delivered on the following Tues or Weds, I know from the previous posts that it was on average 3 or so days after receiving this, I think all of us who originally ordered received about 7-10 days after ordering - though this could be wrong.

this is exactly how it was for me when i ordered mine- i'm sure it'll get here on time. i got mine and all dhl had to go on was the first line of address! its always a worry when you are waiting for things from overseas that you need to have by a certain time but more often than not, i've found overseas companies to be more truthful and reliable than uk companies (glares at toysrus and their shocking online hamster ordering kerfuffle)
July- coconut body shop body butter, pom bear football, mini johnsons lotion, Sally Hansen nail treatments

Completely agree, only just got my money back from TRU this week after aforementioned mess up, and DHL only had my name, street and town - I was really impressed, I ordered in November, but wasn't too worried if it didn't get here in time, it would of been one of those - oh look what must have fallen out of santas sleigh - moments in January:D
