managed to get mine - they went quickly, but I think there will be more.

I've emailed to ask for a refund, but no reply. They didn't reply to my email asking them to cancel either, they just cancelled the order (but still charged me). I sent a very simple email just saying please cancel order number xxxxx so there wouldn't have been a problem with translation.

I've been on the phone to my bank for almost ten minutes now so that's going to cost more than the hamsters :rotfl: My bank are going to send me forms to dispute the transaction.

Just to warn those that are ordering from JL that you might not get the items before Christmas so don't get your hopes up.

Their 5 working days for delivery apparently don't include the day you order and Saturday. The last 2 orders I have placed with them have taken a week to come.

If they come back in stock and you have a store local may be an idea to get it delivered there instead and go pick it up!

I always get mine delivered to store, it will be there tomorrow

Hi,

I have tried to contact funny.onion about this group that he/she set up, but have not had a reply. Also found the link to said group, but have not been accepted???

I have a Mr Squiggles and a Chunk that I am about to return to Hamleys, along with two handmade beds that I bought on ebay, as my children have now decided which they would like Mr FC to bring them, I now have these surplus to requirements.

Any idea of where I can get in touch - have tried selling them locally, but no takers- very strange........
