Me too, but the clips I've seen on youtube don't look great either, especially the car.

But, I NEED the sleepdome now! I didn't realise they fell asleep, how cute is that!

Mine came in a large brown box - big enough to fit 3 or 4 spanish sets in I reckon, stuffed with shiny stuff to protect the box inside.

Yes, I did e mail John Lewis as soon as i got back to thank them for their fabulous customer service and asked them to pass on my e mail to the store manager.

I just rang TRU to tell them my parcel arrived (I like to be honest), they took my card details again, the lady was lovely and said that they had refunded lots of people and thanked me for letting her know as she said it would take a while to follow up the 'missing' parcels, so there must have been a hell of a lot.

The Toys R Us orders from 27th November took longer to arrive than they expected as they said the parcel would arrive before or on Wednesday 25th and mine didn't come until 7th December.

I was meant to quote jellyhead. Do dhl have red and yellow uniforms? I saw a guy wearing red and yellow delivering a big brown box to over the road. How do I ask if they have my parcel without sounding like a loon?

If your parcel has been delivered to a neighbours cos you werent in the courier should have left you a card to notify you exactly where its at.
