I was meant to quote jellyhead. Do dhl have red and yellow uniforms? I saw a guy wearing red and yellow delivering a big brown box to over the road. How do I ask if they have my parcel without sounding like a loon?

The Toys R Us orders from 27th November took longer to arrive than they expected as they said the parcel would arrive before or on Wednesday 25th and mine didn't come until 7th December.
Was that through Royal Mail ?

If your parcel has been delivered to a neighbours cos you werent in the courier should have left you a card to notify you exactly where its at.
I was in and have not had a card but our house is difficult to find and the group of them has a name but no sign with the name on. So parcels often get delivered to the wrong houses in our little group lol
Looking forward to new ventures

Yes, it was Royal Mail, was expecting it to be sent with a tracking number as the e-mail said it would require a signature but they sent it normal 2nd class.

I think the marketplace sellers on Amazon are really going over the top with their prices. They seem far higher than ebay and play.com
I've seen a couple of items on gumtree might be worth checking your local gumtree.

I do think rather than paying over the top prices might be worth doing IOU with a photo for the kids and get them at RRP in the new year.
  • I just had to laugh, just saw a pink bed on Amazon for £46.06 and you can get a wheel for £79, does anyone pay these prices? Don't really understand Amazon but surely it's not doing their reputation much good allowing sellers to sell items for such money.

JL aren't sticking to their limit, by the way! A facebook friend told me last time that she ordered 4 hammies, to get free postage and more chance of getting numnums and pipsqueak, and they sent her a pack of all 4 despite saying they had a limit of one per person. She sold the 2 she didn't want on ebay. This time I put on my facebook that JL had them in stock, because I know others are looking for them. she ordered another 4 purely to sell on ebay and has had email to say they've been despatched!

edit - she's not part of this forum, by the way.
