Alert- Listings for certain items are restricted to pre-approved merchants. Once you register, you may not be able to create a listing for this particular product. You can still choose to register as a Seller with Amazon in order to list and sell other products.
I sell books etc on Amazon and a few weeks ago I got a message that said anyone wanting to sell toys in the Christmas run up had to be approved as a seller first and have sold other items. I don't remember the exact details but it looked like they didn't want any hit and run merchants on there creating bad PR.0 -

Yes as long as you have the page open in a tab or another window it still check back with the server ever 60 seconds
I'll have to have a look at my IE settings then for that meta refresh tag thing, thank you.:snow_laug Maximouse loves the build up to Christmas :santa2:0 -

The customer service award of the day must go to the John Lewis collections department in Newcastle upon Tyne.
I needed to go and pick up some pretty large parcels and as I wrote off my car yesterday, I was wondering how on earth I would manage on the bus. So I thought ok, can't really afford it, but will have to get a taxi there, ask him to wait whilst I get my parcels, then get the taxi back home.
When I arrived there was a big queue which went down quite quickly as there were 3 members of staff manning the collections desk. When it came to me, they seemed to take a while to find one order, but when they came back with that, they said they couldn't find the second one. He was then going to have a check around again when I mentioned that I had had to come in a taxi and every minute I was standing there, was costing me money. One of the members of staff (may be the boss?) said no problem that they would pay for whatever the taxi had on the meter... Once they had located the parcel, he went outside, checked the meter, which was just over £9 then rushed back inside and came back with a tenner!!!!!
What a fantastic surprise and fabulous customer service :T:T:T:snow_laug Maximouse loves the build up to Christmas :santa2:0 -

THAT'S customer service!
I have to say, I love John Lewis. They've been the most helpful at all levels with my hamster hunt, despite only ordering a random playset from them. They've gone the extra mile every time I've spoken to them, even though I know they've had the same query 2349234895 times already that day.0 -
Grrrr, how annoying! I think you ordered the same time as me. Did you translate a email asking for the tracking number to send to elcorte ingles or are you just good at spanish?
Sorry - haven't read the last few pages so might be repeating something, but it's public holidays in Spain 6th/8th December so that may be the reason for delays in replying to you, hope you get them soon!0
