Yeah, I've got a zapp from when dd was little but they are no good for small babies. I like the carrycot for the quinny buzz. Will definately look at Phil and teds though- thanks :D xxx

(sorry guys for going off topic :D) xx

I have had A LOT of prams too, my favorite was my Bugaboo Cam, and my mountain buggy. Didn't like the zapp but my son was a lot younger and apparently they aren't good with small kids.
even though I have finished my hamster hunt, I am still here.... why?? :rotfl:

They do a highbacked booster with harness in argos, we had one as a stop gap and now resides in gramps car I think its about £35 x

We've this one (well older model)

    http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/3760275/Trail/searchtext%3ECAR+SEATS.htm

I would recommend. It has the straps for when they are younger, which are detachable and also the back comes off too which is great for when you jsut need a booster seat.
Even though back comes off, it is a very sturdy and doesnt wobble or anything.
:j:j Thank you so much everyone.
I am now complete in my hamster hunt :j:j

im now using my sons 1st car seat for my new baby, and its fine and also saved me 100 pounds, they just tell u not to buy 2nd hand cos u dont know where its been, but ur own will be fine, shes just trying to make money off u xxxx

no plastic degrades over time, espec if left in full sunlight (which it would be, in a car)

so the chair could become brittle, and in an accident, just shatter

its not scaremongering, you only have to look at plastic toys left out in the garden, that start to snap, after a few years of use - a car seat is made from the same substance

I have thought about this a few times - and came to the decision that on Christmas Eve - I will set up everything and just cover it with a fancy Table Cloth or a bit of Fabric - saves all teh hassle of setting it up on Christmas Morning when the kids will be over excited and desperate to play with it.

    :j

I brought my daughter a fairy castle and did this last year !!

This year all the go go pets has costed £150 if you dont wrap it up my little girl is not going to get much to open, It takes time to set up and open i agree but it takes awy the most important way of christmas. Seing their faces has they open their presents one by one !!

    Just my thought !!
