Thanks - I have looked on Halfords (who have offers at mo) and Mothercare and Argos and TRU, Kiddcare etc- I just wondered if anyone could give me any honest reviews about any of them. I was looking at the Britax Trio but altho it looks like it would be comfy now i am wondering whether it is worth the extra money or should i wait and get another basic Graco when he is over 4........

I have the graco one with the cupholders too so am unable to give a review on the others. Sorry hun xxx

    Shonagh & zangels.

Couldn't read back and quote you, but the answers to your questions are the set is the big set. I emailed them yesterday morning and the day before asking for the tracking number, this morning it was in my inbox.

Am getting frustrated the status has not changed, the lady was asking me to describe the parcel, what's in it, how big it is, what the item is called and the colour's on the box, she asked me what the outside packaging is like if I had ordered from them before but I didn't know. Basically up till early hours this morning they had my parcel now it hasn't moved off its current status and the lady said it should have arrived with me yesterday.

If its lost I am going to be so peeved seeing as dhl have had it in their hands since saturday, they seem to be playing hot potato with it.

Great review Hamsterface, I have all the bits but have mainly tried them out one by one as they have arrived rather than putting the whole set together.

We also had problems with the car and garage with all the hamsters where they look like they are trying to sniff the roof lol BUT new batteries sorted this out and the hamsters are much louder now and drive the car perfectly every time :D

After all the hype about the adventure ball and paying £27 for one from ebay I have to say im really dissapointed with it and its probably my least favorite thing :(

Oh no! Does the ball not work very well? xxx

i have got recaro seats for all of mine age range 2.5 to 8 years ,with the recaro you can buy an attachment that goes across the front of the seat ,kind of fixing them into the seat a bit like fair ground rides, thay are amazing seats and very comfy for the kids ,we do alot of long drives and never a complaint

    HTH

They look very nice but i could do without spending over £100 when i know i can get some decent ones for probably £50 - £80 - especially after spending nearly £200 on hamsters and stuff. :rotfl:
Cost of this Hamster Hunt (inc postage):
    2 x Num Nums - £36.70, 1 x Chunk £13.50, 1 x Chunk £15.50, Slide £26.89, House £25.94, Car £14.99, Ball £9.99, Surfboard £9.99, Skateboard £9.99, Wheel £24.19 TOTAL:£187.68

Grrrr, how annoying! I think you ordered the same time as me. Did you translate a email asking for the tracking number to send to elcorte ingles or are you just good at spanish?
Looking forward to new ventures

Hamsterface - Thanks so much for that - glad all got good reviews barring the car. I have wrapped mine now but we'll perservere - one thing out of all stuff (except ball) isn't a bad review.

Now - off topic. My youngest is 3.5 yrs old and about 2 stone. I need to get him a new car seat but the highback boosters without harness are not quite suitable for him yet. I don't want a bulky one - any thoughts or suggestions?? My eldest has the Graco one with the cup holders and now doesn't need the back part of the seat. I suppose i could just get him a new basic seat and let my youngest have his instead but again no harness so i couldn't do the swap yet - he is looking a little squashed in his old Britax one. Thanks in advance and sorry to go off topic.

They do a highbacked booster with harness in argos, we had one as a stop gap and now resides in gramps car I think its about £35 x

That's ok. There is a Ferrari one but i know my eldest will go mental if i get that for my 3.5 yr old - I'll have to ask him and see what he thinks later!!!

Hamsterface, you are an absolute star - you should do reviews for a living!!!

For the other question about stopping the hammie. If you press the hammie on his back, his wheels should go around and he'll chatter as he is going around. To stop him totally, press the same area on his back again.

If you just want the hammie to randomly chatter away and NOT move around, you press on top of his head. To stop his chattering away, you press his back twice quickly (if you press it once and are too slow to get the second press in, he'll go running off and you'll have to catch him LOL).
