Hi this is my first post, I have been watching for a few weeks and I must send a BIG BIG THANK YOU for all your help aand advice about where to buy my dd hamsters. I feel I have had to post today because as well as to thank everyone for there help especially {maximouse}I am so annoyed at TRU yes I am another person who placed an order last friday {nov 27th}and have not received it surprise surprise!!! I have just spoken to TRU and they offered me a refund , then I spoke to a manager who offered me a refund or to wait a few days to see if order turns up, which I am going to do as they have none in stock now!!! I explained I could of ordered again this morning when they listed or with a more reliable company who could of delivered my order if i KNEW I would not be getting my last order. Apparently they use RM or other couriers. I said my last order was left on the doorstep without a signature from myself when it states on the web should be signed.She said she would look into it. I said about this forum and alot of other peoples oders had not turned up, how could there be so many go missing, she said she had not hardly heard of many orders missing so I am urging EVERYONE to phone customer services and speke to ANN . I asked her to give my daughter the £10 instead of the hamster she so much wants and see my dd reaction. I said I have sat here for hours searching then I thought I had placed an order a few weeks ago and now my money is stuck with paypal {but that's another story!!!

I work in a shop and my company are famous for marking up items that sell well!:mad:

Sorry to hear the nightmare goes on with TRU! I missed the listing this am as i took my little one to see santa!
But i didn't need anything they have listed and tbh a bit reluctant to get from TRU now. Did get my order from them but it was 2nd class in grey bag from RM.

For info, these sets ahve been on Amazon previously for £99.99 and sold out same day, I think from the same seller.

£169.99 is taking the proverbial.

No retailers yet, but some on ebay but pricey

Not sure I will get a pink bed or orange or purple carrier before christmas, I gave in with the ball and paid almost £27 on ebay the other day but I dont want to with the beds/carriers
