I'm wondering if the whole TRU mail delay is a TRU thing or a Royal Mail thing -only because I've been waiting ages for a cd I bought on bangcd.com - usually they are really good and it arrives in four day but I preordered a cd that was released on the 25th of Nov. and it was dispatched the next day and it still hasn't arrived!!!!

hard to say.... everythin else i have ordered came fine, even previous tru order - just not orders posted on28th!!!!!!!!!!! told the woman i was suspicious and she did get flustered, but she wudnt know anything regardless!!

just peed off, as there is no excuse - think ill hunt for further email addys to complain on!

Why not email Martin (as in the guy who the forum is based on) and ask if he would contact tru and royal mail for an explanation. Stebiz emailed about last tru issue and Martin and his team were very helpful just a thought xx

This is what i got back from TRU this morning regarding taking my money twice even though my order wasn't processed as the checkout was that slow everything was out of stock by time it changed screen:mad::mad:
All details were correct & CV2 number entered so their talking through a hole in their $%$%

Toys R Us do require a CV2 number as this is a further attempt, by us to prevent card fraud and to protect our customers. This number is found on the signature strip on the reverse of the card. It is usually a collection of digits, but we only require the last three for authorisation.

Should our request to authorise your card be refused, you may find that funds have been reserved on your card by Toys R Us Direct. Your card provider will have received notification from our authentication services to release any funds reserved by Toys R Us, no monies will be taken from your account should this be the case. The reservation of funds will expire, however, we cannot provide a timescale for this to be actioned as each card provider is different.

Not too badly priced compared to alot and thats pretty much most the set done. I wish I found that cause I've paid more than that off ebay.

Well, got my car and wheel from Toymaster. They only stock they have left in is 'reserved' stuff, maybe if its not collected soon it may go on sale but other than that nothing!!

Have been lurking for a day or so but thought i would just let you all know that I have just bought a carrier and bed for £8.99 from "toys by the bundle" only available in green. I know they are more than rrp but not as much as ebay! In case your interested!
