My sister in law has recieved a refund from TRU - she was told to wait till monday but after stressing that she isnt rich and has missed several opportunities to purchase items elsewhere and loose her temper with them, she really had to fight for it.
So if you've been told to wait ring back and argue that its not on and yo want a refund.
She also asked why it was sent via royal mail, and apparantly, if the item is of low weight or value they always send via royal mail 2nd class.:TIs thankful to those who have shared their :T
:T fortune with those less fortunate :T

I was just thinking exactly the same thing. Postie has just been again and no ball from TRU. Well I'm definitely done with them from now on. I won't be ordering anymore stuff online from their website and shall be emailing them to tell them so.:mad:0 -

They are talking c#*p I ordered a couple of hamster bits and they were sent via DHL
They may well be but i recieved my ball and house in a grey plastic bag via royal mail, so it seems they have no set rule.
Either way it was my 1st order with TRU and after everyone else's experiences with them i wont be shopping there again.
The main reason i have never shopped thier in the 1st place was because the dont give you free delivery until you spend £150.:TIs thankful to those who have shared their :T

Tru opens at 9am. Have heard of people queing from 6 or 7am! :rotfl:
But last week DH went there at about 11am and managed to get 2 - there werent that many left. Most stores report of selling out after 2 hours so if you are thinking of going I would suggest going for opening. HTH0
