I only got £30 bonus for my first 5 sign ups, but was told I would get an additional £50 bonus for further 5 sign ups.
There are more bonuses for keeping reps active especially over xmas.
I will pm you link later.0 -

Thanks
Yeah me & OH used it on holiday this year - worked a treat for me, but OH had to be smoothered in the stuff for it to work, as he is always prone to be bitten lol, but it did work!Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0 -
grrrr my stupid bleeping neighbour...she orders 40 quid worth of stuff...telle me she'll pay me at the weekend (which was b4 the deliver came in) then she didnt ...i didnt see her again until later in teh week where she says sorry i wont have the money till tues (today) so other half goes round with prder tonight and she says i told her i dont get paid till next tuesday....lying lil toerag....this is the second time shes done this and she introduced a friend that did it too grrrr....but becuase i ordered a few things from the HT i used all my commission so means i have to pay tyhe 40 quid out of my pocket till they credit the account.
or can i apply for a credit and just pay what i owe without that total? if that makes sense.
i wouldnt mind so much if it was a 10 or something but its 41.25 grrrr
on the plus side...i signed up my 5th rep..and she lives in halls at the university and noone else there does avon...so plenbty of potential customers...even tho she isnt doing territory but hey shes a student..they know loads of ppl lol

we all have customers like that.....
i do what you said 'apply for a credit and just pay what i owe' when it comes to paying the invoice0 -
I've had a customer from the baby group today say she can't afford her £121 order and to cancel it.
At the time she said to me I can pay it in instalments? And I agreed to 2 instalments, one the first month, then the second, but she wanted to split it over 3.
I know I can credit the items back but my order has to be in tomorrow, so not happy bunny at having to sit and recredit each item back.0 -

To get your bonus, you need to sign up 5 reps within your first 2 campaigns, and to get a second bonus another 5 within your second 2 campaigns.
And when you have signed up your first Rep, you are a in training Sales Leader, until you have completed your first 3 sign ups with your SL and they notify Avon that you have completed your training.
Thanks, missed that opening then.Just put in my 6th order. Does that mean I'm no longer entitled to any bonuses as/when/if I decide to try and recruit?
Knew diddly squat about Avon when I first started so didn't consider the SL route; am a little more au fait now so can see that's the way to go to maximise earnings but fail to understand the logic behind encouraging newbies to recruit other newbies when chances are it could be like the blind leading the blind..... :rolleyes:Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

No, it's from when you become a SL, not from when you start as a Rep.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -

I completly agree...when i started i kinda learned as i went along...i dont have a problem with reps becoming sales leaders 1 campaign but it really does defy logic because in all fairness how on earth canm some teach someone else even the basics if theyve only just learned them theirselves.
ive been doing this since jan and even now i find SL very daunting...i have to apologise to my sign ups if i have to check through my book make sure ive remembered everything lol0
