I contacted their complaints dept yesterday....all they do is take down your complaint and send it off!!

I went online yesterday to check my bank balance for the first time in a few months....naughty I know!!
I'm curious as to why it's naughty to check your own bank balance. I have to check mine several times a week.Striving to clear the mortgage before it finishes in Dec 2028 - amount currently owed - £24,616.090 -

It's not actually delivered from Milton Keynes but from Brinklow which I think is the far side of Rugby0
