Yes the A in the top right . It changes the way the text appears in the reply box. Add a smiley and you'll see.

type the words wanted, highlight them, then click the logo to insert link, paste, etc

Do it the way redux explains it's easier than the way I've told you.

Type what you want the link to read and highlight it, then add the link and click ok.
