  • Can I join in please?

I'm starting on 1 January - need a few days to actually find a sealed pot - not very good am I? :rotfl:

My plan is to put a £1 coin into the sealed pot each day between now and the end of November. I'll empty it on 1 December to help towards Christmas 2010. When I'm flush I'll put more money in than the £1. I'll also have a 2nd pot for spare change which I'll put my coppers in at the end of each day and add this to the total.

A lot of that money was the change from the old tin going back in!

    Welcome Ex-Spendaholic,
Sue, she's the boss, will be back online later, to allocate you a number, then your all official :D, if you have a B&M's, Wilkinsons or Home & Bargain near you, they sell tins, that you need a tin opener to get into for about £2 or so, enjoy the banter and even more enjoy the saving. When you get your number can you pop it into your signature for us, it makes it easier when we do the overall total at the end of the challenge ;)
