Nothing to add yet today but then again just now typings about as energetic as i'm capable of, a tad hungover after my leaving party last night, I will kill whoever it was that suggested the sambucca shots and 1/3 pint selections! We went to a pub owned by the local Brewery, so you can buy a tray of 6 1/3 pint's of any of their own beers. Some of them are lovely - and I don't usually drink beer.

£2 for me and £1 of that came courtesy of M*******s who gave £2 instead of £1 when we went to get the trolley full of food from the locker after a cuppa. Sortof a BOGOF I guess!!

That was a nice surprise, when you least expected it.

£5.60 in the pot today. Was sorting out a bag.

You're so right Kerry, it put a real spring in my step as my DH pased it to me saying "well; would you look at that" I did, then whisked into my pocket real smart!;)

Great news newgirly, £206.00 is a good amount saved already. Keep at it.

ooh dear Scuba, you sound very, very fragile...if I'd had just one of that lot I'd be flat on me back for certain. :( I hope tomorrow sees you feeling much better. It's getting closer to moving now, look ahead to a whole new life scuba, it could be just what you need! :D

Well done on whatever you've saved today folk as it's better in the pot waiting for when YOU want it for!

    Have a good week all.

Thanks Sue, feeling a bit better now, lots of water, tea and a KFC for lunch lol, just trying to get my head down to do my OU assignment, then I can think about packing to go on holiday on Tuesday. But watching the bats outside is far more interesting!

Put £1.20 in the pot yesterday, but feel sure I've put a pound or two in recently but not recorded it. Oh well, it just means there'll be more there than expected on the big opening day!
Keeping two cats and myself on a small budget, and enjoying life while we're at it!
