Glad to say their both well on the way to recovery, DW was back on a scooter last night, so she's got over the first hurdle :D

    Take care hun x

Am happy to hear the news. Hope you are both well.

Managed to bank £132 into my savings account. Was a nice surprise that I have managed to save this amount so far.

Thanks Sue-UU for holiday wishes last wk - had lovely weather, and am now back, and can report I've been very good while away. No real splurges, and, have even been collecting for the pot at the end of each day!

    Have just put in £7.60.

Hi everyone, I hope all's well with all today. A beautiful sunny day here and hope you all had the same.

Hi dippykitty, after a long trawl through the members I finally found you and your number (which you haven't put on your sig yet) is 606  The middle digit should, to my mind, have had an upward tale you little devil!! :p Anyway, I've put your £17.50 on in red so we know it's gone from your pot ~ BUT ~ could you please pop your number on your sig?!!!

Oh dear LC2 , that really is a rotten shame, though I honestly did fear that might happen yesterday as the backlog will be so enormous - whenever they're able to start up again! I'm glad you're being so positive though, and at least you still have it to look ahead to! Better to be safe than sorry for ALL. :D

Very well done Kerry! The bank's a good place for it ....Northern Rock per chance??? ;)

Well done Lost, psycho and elizabunny! Lots of good saving going on, keep it up all, you'll be glad you did come Christmas or whenever you're saving for!

So pleased to hear you had such a good time Winchelsea ...that you were good and didn't let us Sealed Potters down at all too! ;) I'm glad you had good weather.

Good news about your DW and your mate sparky, good to hear. :)

DH popped to the shops for a friend as well as us yesterday morning and came back with £3.01 left over from ours! ..ooh he is a love don't you think! Bless his little wotsits. SOCKS, I meant!!! ;)

Take care everyone and have a lovely Sunday.

Luckily I have never saved with Northern Rock. Hoping it is safe in my Santander savings account.
