How hate writing a post then losing it

Sorry folks been AWOL again due to being away and being ill (better now:))

About £1.50p in the pot in bits and bobs recently.

Sorry to read about DW Sparky but glad she is ok. I used to ride a lovely little Passola about 20 years ago and fell off after hitting a patch of ice. No major injuries, but major loss of confidence and didn't feel safe on it after that. Silly really because I loved riding it. Well done to your DW for overcoming that.

    Thanks elizabunny
DW's getting back on a scooter tonight :j she's a bit anxious, but we've assured her everything will be fine, it's the first time that's the hurdle to get over (hope she doesn't try any hurdles :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:)

Hi all! 7p for the pot yesterday (forgot to post at the time). Anyone else's pot feeling very light considering it's April (and not too far off May) already or is just me who's not doing too well?

Been putting a few coins in the pot over last few days since last post. Not sure how much but it must have at least another £2 in - not a lot I know but then havent been to the shops as much and been given change - hence the GC looking good at the moment :j
Found 5p piece in the road so that has also joined the pot. As my mum would say - 5p is ..........................................5p She isnt wrong there is she :rotfl: :rotfl:

Just a quick one from me all. Firstly, I hope everyone's well, and good to hear your DW's much better and preparing to mount up again sparky, good for her, far better than sitting home and watching everyone having fun that she's not in!

£7.21 in the pot for me, the 1p came from the CP at Morrisons, though I hasten to add that DH found it, bless him :kisses3:

    Morning everyone,
DW arrived at the scooter club safe and sound, she's still a bit wary, but glad she got back on the scooter. Our friend who also came off the scooter was also at the club and is also making a good recovery.

I got 6 X £2 coins yesterday afternoon, also another 43p into the pot and 1p in road change.

Looks like another nice day outside, have fun everyone and stay safe x

£3.07 for the pot today. Funds are a bit short so I'm taking some out of the pot to bank next week and am surprised to see that I can take £17.50 out - didn't think there was even remotely much over a tenner in there!

So I'll be back down to next to nothing but you can add the £17.50 next to my username on the list, Sue and then I'll start again with just a handful or so of coppers!
