Haven't had much to add lately (the good news is that I've not really spent a whole lot either though), but 7p for the pot today.

    Hi Reb

Here's the moneysaving wedding thread http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=1917541&highlight=moneysaving+weddings

I think if you look in the weddings/anniversary section you'll find loads of fab advice. I wish I'd known about it when I tied the knot.;)

Well - I'm having this week as a bit of a holiday before embarking on my next job search...although I really want to work for myself.:):):) Just need to come up with a killer idea.

Hope you all had a fab weekend - no pennies for me as I didn't spend any money.:A
I want a killer idea too! Glad you are okay, you will get a job! Enjoy your week off! Maybe we could sell plastic pigs?
I don't get to come on here too often.
    Too buzy money saving!

We went to cinema for free on Sunday, usually we would put £14 in the pot for this, but unfortunately we parked by mistake by a sign that said 1 hour parking instead of the sign that said mon-sat no parking (road has three different signs, these two and permit parking) so -£35.00 from the box for being complete idiots and not checking what the sign said:(
    arghhhhhh!
    How frustrating!
Maybe a visit to SpecSavers is in order...a pair for you and a pair for him,
at a money saving price of course! ;)
