Hi all, hope everyone had a great day!

Still having great fun with it then sparky, good for you too!

So pleased you had such a lovely, though chilly time in Paris LC!! I do hope you're able to 'tighten your belts' with your spending LC. It's so sad when we end up paying so much over the top because of our spending tendencies. I'm pleased you got the transfer, but how about trying to curb just one major spending habit, then maybe try another. Or get more help on the DFW perhaps. Give it a go LC and get yourself free! I truly wish you well.

Just 4p in the pot, but I'm grateful for that.

Have a lovely Sunday all, another bally cold night here! Still enuff to freeze em off a brass..monkey:eek: ;)

Having loads of fun with the scooter and still grinning like a kid in a sweet shop :D. Was going out today on it, but we've got a thick blanket of snow here this morning , I only like snow on Christmas cards with money inside :rotfl:

i hope your all well and saving still. ive not been on for a while as ive had no spare change at all! we went on holiday the last week in january which was nice but boor son got winter vomiting virus on the wednesday and had it for a week after! daughter and hubby got it for one day after we were home too so i spent about 10days clearing up ewwww. ive been putting coppers in the penny pot but only about 1 pound fifty in my sealed pot since we got back. I must try harder!
on the plus side we seem to have worked out what was making me faint sick tiered ect, a wheat n gluten intolerence! so having cut it out which is quite hard ive been felling almost like my old self for a week nearly now:T
any ideas on what i can eat are welcomed as i dont eat red meat (i dont like it)

Hope you're feeling a bit better now Jacki! I'm not sure about what you can eat - sorry - but I'm sure if you have a google that might help?

I'm going to empty my pot later - it'll take me ages to have time to take it all to be changed, then to get out to change it to euros - so it does actually make sense, AND I'm going to keep a little pot I can still put money into before the trip.

My parents emptied theirs today, which they just fill then empty when they're skint (lol), had £75 in it! Just from a few months! :D
