    Hello everyone:wave:

I found 4p lying around so in that went. Going out to dinner tonight with DH and some friends, so hopefully we'll have a bit of change at the end of the evening to pop in as well.

    Have a good weekend everyone!

Only managed to put 38p in over the last three days and DH has another 30p I need to prise out of his pocket. Most of my Christmas shopping this week has been done on the credit card as I find it easier to keep track on what has been spent on what.

DH did find a euro millions lottery ticket while out walking the dogs early this morning but not a winning one unfortunatley:rolleyes:

We are out with friends and neighbours tonight so there should be some change to add to the pots in the morning.

Thank you Sue for updating me on the list so quickly.

I have been at home thinking what I could use as a sealed pot... I currently have three jars, two for putting in 20p and 50p coins in whenever I have them, and one for other coins that are left at the end of each week - I started this sytem last month. I'm thinking maybe I should just get one box to put all coins...

Does anyone else seperate their coins or does everyone just put everything in one?

    Hi
I just put everything in 1 pot which hopefully will be too heavy for me to lift next Dec lol. I get confused if there are too many pots [time of life!!] so its easier for me just to have one place for all the change but its what works for you that counts, Helen x

    Hi Everyone

I've just posted my total for Sealed Pot 2 and thought it would be good to have a goal for SP 3

2010 will be a year of change - I will be debt free and will be getting married!

I achieved £476 this time so I will aim for £600 which will go towards a lovely break.

good luck to all the challengers.

    urg x x

I'm doing the same as last year and putting in £1 coinsa at the end of every day (if they are in my purse).

of to a bit of a flier already and ended up with 9 yesterday (shop had run out of £5 notes), and another 8 today (different shop, same flippin' thing).

At least I've got eh £1500 target off the ground...little win on the lottery 2 weeks ago (4 numbers), banked today :j
Think the woman in the bank was a it shocked when I took all my money frmo last years sealed pot in today. Usually at this time of year people are taking money out, not the other way round.

And I've got some stuff on ebay ending tomorrow night, which in a couple of cases could make a lot more than I'd hoped for ... so as soon as that lttle lot hits my paypal account, I'll be squirrelling that off to the savings account as well.

ooooooo, could get into this savings thing at this rate
