It is very sad that I have had to open my savings can (you know the sealed ones) from the pound shop. I realised I had not a penny in the house and need bus fare but it does mean I was able to properly count what was in there £13.50 minus the bus fare.
It has now gone into my new shiny gold pig from M&S and I will be able to keep an account now.Grocery Challenge £139/240 until 31/01

I've had a sealed pot for a year or so now. Only this time, instead of throwing in loose change, I'm putting in 20% of any money I find in my purse at the end of the week! (i.e. not much)
