Ebay has gone so far in favour of the buyer i simply dont bother with it anymore. I have 100% feedback over 500+ transactions, and yet when somebody with less than 10 feedback said they hadnt received an item from me it was down to me to prove I had posted rather than them to prove they hadnt received!
