Make sure you tell her that you are not refunding original P&P or the P&P to return it and get her to acknowledge your e-mail before you tell her to send it back.

Bad advice, as this contravenes the distance selling regulations that BUSINESSES like him have to adhere to!

He has clearly stated that he isnt a business so you cant judge whether this is the case or not solely based on your own opinions. Besides, she bought what was described therefore there is surely no requirement for refund of postage in any case.

Your multiple listings of brand new items!!

Makes me mad that people decide to start buying to resell but don't bother to read up on their responsibilities first, tbh.

Yes they are brand new, but not all.. come on, I have friends and family who buy gifts for me and my family which we dont end up using. Thats why I end up selling them on ebay otherwise these items are wasted. Does that mean I'm a business? As if I would buy expensive items just to sell for below value and not make any profit right?

Thanks for that. I havent heard from her today so will see if she returns the item to me. The original postage was only £2.50 so its not much really, but I will try and keep that rather than refund it!

Dont refund in any case. If you are genuinely not running an ebay business then tough!! If I bought a watch from John Lewis for example I would not expect them to refund me the postage because I had hobbit wrists and it didnt fit!! Good luck! x

Hi, maybe just one last question! Does the buyer need to go through resolution centre in order for me to get my FVF back? Is there another way for me to get refund?

    Thanks!

Once its all returned etc you can cancel the transaction and will get fees back providing buyer accept the cancellation. Where it says leave feedback at the right hand side of the item use the drop down and Im sure there is an option in there to cancel it. (I think).
