the version of windows you have is fully patched and the log seems clear

there are a lot of things running on startup like

C:\Program Files\Real\RealPlayer\RealPlay.exe
C:\Program Files\QuickTime\qttask.exe

that are not needed.

if you download Spybot and turn on Advanced mode there is a startup manager under Tools

when you highlight an item it shows what it is and if it is needed (you may have to drag the bar over to the left to read it properly) if it is not need you can untick the box. do this for each item on the list. then reboot

If you find that anything is required later you can go back into tools and just re-tick that item

if you look at the right hand side below the box with the red circle there is a yellow box filled with dots and with a black arrow pointing left, that is the bit that you need to drag over a bit to get the start up info

1) google it

2) If you dont know how to use HiJackthis then DONT use it... you can really screw up your comp if you dont know (and you clearly dont by your post) how to use it.
