You just have too many processes running, nothing bad its just your system gets bloated with programs over time,

for a start are all classifed as junk programs, they are useful but not essiential

try downloading http://www.windowsstartup.com/startupinspector.php

it will consult its servers and tell you what startup programs are no longer needed greately improving performance. The program is Freeware so no charge and anything you do can be easily undone.

C:\WINDOWS\system32\hkcmd.exe - Intel Hotkeys command module - see http://www.neuber.com/taskmanager/process/hkcmd.exe.html. Not required, can be disabled.

C:\WINDOWS\system32\igfxpers.exe - another unnecessary Intel process which can be disabled.

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [igfxtray] C:\WINDOWS\system32\igfxtray.exe. Runs at startup, again not required. See http://www.neuber.com/taskmanager/process/igfxtray.exe.html

To prevent the above 3 exes running, either tick the boxes in HijackThis and click Fix checked, OR click Start - Run - type in msconfig and click OK. Click the Startup tab and untick the relevant items and click OK. Reboot and see that they have gone from HijackThis.

C:\WINDOWS\system32\igfxsrvc.exe - more Intel gunk. It's not a startup or service item so is probably started by one of the 3 .exes above and therefore disabling one of them will probably prevent igfxsrvc.exe from running.

Should be in the same palce as where you saved the Hijack program, also I would remove Quicktime and Realplayer and get,
