I'm hoping smaller orders will come by Royal Mail. My 1st order came by UPS when I was expecting Royal Mail, cannot get a time certain to wait in all day with the run upto Xmas etc.

My 2nd order was just for 2 roller balls and a brush roll set so hopefully Royal Mail.

I ordered a big one and a small one a couple of days apart, they both came via UPS!

I've just had a second order delivered via RM in a jiffy bag, the first order was by courier in a box.

The orders i placed on wednesday came yesterday... the orders I placed monday ( 7 roller ball :eek: + 4 bamboo rolls ) says dispatched today... I hope they come saturday or monday... really dont want to wait a week .

I have just received a dispatch email this morning for my order placed on Monday night.

Bodyshop have previously told me that free delivery method depends on the weight of the order. Hence why some are being delivered bu UPS, it's probably cheaper for them to do that instead of royal mail big heavy parcels :beer:
