I am a bit unsure of a couple of items I bought as part of a larger order (to make up a nice gift hamper). Am I able to exchange a couple of things at a store? Do I still need the delivery note?

I'm not sure on this, i'm sure the body shop will be well aware of the more expensive items that people have been able to obtain free with their orders, so if you mean can you take the brush kit which you obtained free into store and exchange it for £39.00 worth of other goods i'm not too sure if that'll work. TBH I don't think it should either, just my opinion.

    Hi all
    Another update...
I placed an order on sunday morning and told my mum -who ordered sunday afternoon...
I got an email saying mine was processed, mum got one saying they were unable to process hers.....
Mum has just called to say HER order has just been delivered :j -mine has been dispatched -so it's out there somewhere -Im just thrilled that mum has got about £100 worth of stuff for about £15 :T

So I guess there is still a chance that some of you who have had messages saying you won't get your order -might still get lucky....fingers crossed;)

Good grief. I do hope not! I tried about 5 times with the same order on different cards before realising that I needed to call them for them to unblock the account.

So I have 7 orders showing on my history, only one of which was not rejected. Hope they dont send them all!

Well I got an order delivered today, but it wasn't one of the ones I got the dispatch email for so Lord knows what's going on.

Just wrapped up a lovely Xmas gift bag full of Body Shop 'bits' for son's g/f. I am sooooooo gonna be flavour of the month come Xmas Day. :rotfl:

I've also wrapped up a gift bag of bits for moi for OH to give me as a stocking filler. No point in being left out at these prices. :D

I think the foot hugs are a lovely wee pressie btw, they're in a nice bag and look a lot prettier than something for your feet usually is. :D

OP...you're a legend...along with everyone else who helped with codes and item suggestions. :T

Did you use the 25% off code. I thought free delivery was for over £15?

I've just received my second order from a few days ago and must say that anyone who pays £39 for the brush set must want their heads read!!! Seriously!! I have paid £20 for a decent brush before but these really aren't top notch quality. They're nice but not that nice.

Oh and the silver rollable ball glittery thing looks nice but is tiny. Really tiny. I would never pay £7.50 or whatever it was for that.

Still, I'm happy with the Cranberry Shimmery lotion stuff and the free Coconut Body Butter. Thanks, Body Shop! See you next year when you're giving stuff away! LOL

I agree that the full prices for these things are ridiculous......but they're an excellent buy at glitch prices. :D

I agree about the brushes.I have a set of BeneFit brushes which I think were about £30 and they are far superior to these. There's a pretty damning review of them on the BS site too about them shedding, although the BS response seems to suggest the reviewer's brushes may have been faulty. I really hope these don't shed, as that is one of the most annoying things about cheap make up brushes. At £39 it would be a disgrace if they did.

My daughter looked at the foot hugs and said "you're not wearing them, they are awful" then she discovered the heat pads for the microwave and thought they were pretty cool after all :rotfl::rotfl:
