    I placed one order last friday and one on saturday, had two emails monday, one delivered yesterday by UPS, other came today with Postman, thankyou all so much.

    I've just had a dispatch email...for 3 items - £19.89. :confused:

    I didn't order 3 items and if I did it would have involved a free one and wouldn't have cost £19.89!

    Have you checked what it is saying in your order history on the website. Maybe it quotes the full prices before discount.

    Hope they aren't suddenly going to charge us all the full price - mine will go straight back!!!! (if it ever arrives!!!!):T

    I can't access my history....there is no longer a history page there. I've phoned and emailed them about it but it's still not sorted.

    I have no idea what state my orders are in, I'm very much in the dark.

    I wonder if they have shipped two orders together? My despatch email said 2 items whereas it was 3 of 1 and 1 of 1 making what I would call 4 items, if you follow me :D

    Eh... kind of.....:rotfl:

    BS seem to be a law unto themselves with their methods so who knows? :confused: Will just wait (for ages probably) for the parcels to turn up. :D

    when it says 2 items it means 2 different items so even if you ordered 10 of product x and 10 of product y it would still say 2 items
    You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.
