  • Ive just got an email saying they have 50% off their cocoa body butter today, normally £12.20, ONLINE only, but then underneath it says until 10am on the 16th December.

Can I just ask what you are all doing with the sparkley roll one thingy - is it just a tiny dab on your cheekbones or something else?

I think it's fab (although not worth £6:eek:) but need some application tips,

    That made me laugh! :rotfl:
Me too, but I might use one to try and cover up my ginger hair! Oops, wrong thread! ;):p

Still waiting for my last order.
    Hope it arrives tomorrow. :)

  • I don't think BS are any worse than other retailers with their inflated prices..... in the sure and certain knowledge that when they do offer discounts or 'slash' their prices later on peeps will think they are getting fantastic bargains.
Lots of people were raving about how much they were 'saving' on their orders..... based on the brush set costing the guts of £40. If you calculated their order based on the value of say £10, their 'bargain' would not have looked so great.
I was tempted with the brush 'bargain' but stuck to the heated foot and body wraps - which didn't look as good a deal on the maths, but I know that the people I have bought them for will really appreciate them, and they still work out a good deal imo.

I hope I will have one left for me, so when the snow does start, I will be snug as a bug with warm feet.
I bought a hot water bottle at a car-boot sale this year - the bottle being made up of beads/wheat etc that you pop in the microwave.
First time I have ever tried one of these things, and I must say I am converted.
2 mins ( big water bottle size) in the microwave, and it is lovely and toasty....smells nice as well. Also, once it has lost its heat, it does not end up 'cold' like a traditional bottle would;)

I got 2 sparkle things and the foot hugs. Yesterday I gave one of the sparkle roll-ons to the lovely receptionist at my work, who has taken in all my bargain-filled parcels over the last few months. Didn't feel it had cost me anything as I was only really after the foot hugs for SIL, but she seemed to appreciate it. Today I noticed that she had (liberally) applied it - she sparkled from chest to chin! Well, it is Christmas - sparkle sparkle!
